For twelve years now, ARCOmadrid has been the venue for the programme First Collectorsprogramme, the programme that supports collecting and the dissemination of contemporary art, managed by Arte Global and sponsored by Fundación Banco Santander. For the twelfth consecutive year, ARCOmadrid will have this service designed for all those who wish to get started in the world of art collecting and investment, receiving free personalised advice.
The experts at Arte Global, led by Elisa Hernando, offer individualised purchasing proposals according to the preferences and profile of the interested party, taking into account the works brought to the fair by the participating galleries.
"During these eleven years of service , Global Art has advised more than 500 collectors with budgets ranging from 500 to 200,000 euros, and at least 49.9% of the participants have acquired a piece" confirms Elisa Hernando, founder of Global Art y RedCollectors, and one of the most accredited voices of collecting in Spain.
For its part, the Banco Santander Foundation, through its support for this initiative, once again reaffirms its commitment to collecting and its relevance for the promotion of contemporary art in our country.
