Miguel Marcos Gallery is pleased to invite you to the new exhibition of Joan Brossa (Barcelona, 1919-1998), Tutto Brossa: equipaje de vida.

Brossa's suitcase and its contents are more like the luggage of the travelling magician who unfolds to provide an astonishing vision; it is art with play, with irony, with humour, with expectation, but it is also reflection, critical awareness, respect for the spectator. It is not for nothing that Enrico Mascelloni, in his text for the portfolio, called him "one of the few true magicians of contemporary visual culture".
