24 art galleries not to be missed in Barcelona.

1- ADN GaleriaFounded in 2003 with the aim of creating a hybrid platform between commercial mediation and cultural contribution, with the objective of disseminating current artistic trends.

2- AlalimónAlalimón 2-: It isan incubator for galleries and an accelerator of creativity. A space for meeting and dynamisation focused on emerging creators from different disciplines, including an exhibition space that will be used by galleries and independent curators who want to stay in Barcelona.

3 -Ana Mas ProjectsAna Mas Projects 3: It is constituted as a platform for artistic diffusion with two venues, one in San Juan P. Rico and the other in the neighbourhood of Santa Eulalia in L'Hospitalet, in an industrial building from the 70s.

4- Àngels barcelonaThe gallery, located in the Raval, 50 metres from the Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona, develops works that, starting from a certain scepticism, are built on a critical practice of the artistic medium itself and the discourses/languages that codify our society from the world of art and the media.

5- Bombon ProjectsBombon Projects 5- is a contemporary art gallery that opened in Barcelona in February 2017, preceded for 5 years (2012-2017) by a project-space, Pasaje Studio, also in Barcelona but in a different location.

6- Chiquita Room: It is a centre for contemporary art and creation that develops its activity as a gallery, artists' residence, producer and curator of projects, cultural mediator, publisher of artists' books and school of inspiration.

7- DilalicaDilalica 7-: Develops a collaborative curatorial practice that manifests itself in exhibition formats, books and web. It has a space in Barcelona and collaborates with other institutions. Its research expands and sometimes itinerates in other spaces.

8- Espai Tactel. ToormixThe focus is on the promotion of the most audacious and contemporary art in its different expressions and aspects, paying special attention to the latest trends.

9- etHALL: It is a space open to the public where specific contemporary drawing projects are exhibited.

 

10- Carles Taché GalleryFounded and directed since 1986 by Carles Taché (Barcelona, 1947), it is located in Carrer Mèxic on Montjuïc mountain, the museum centre of the city of Barcelona.
