OLIVER ROURA

Buy

The pictorial work of Oliver Roura (Barcelona, Spain, 1978) takes shape through constant technical experimentation. Metaphorically speaking, we could say that in his work the pictorial exercise develops and takes place within the painting itself; it is as if it were inside the painting where actions, gestures and details come to life. His way of working with painting "from the inside" generates forms that seem to bring out the internal structure of the painting itself. His work can be found in collections such as Sho House Hotel, Hotel de Crillon Paris, Cámara de la Propiedad Urbana in Barcelona among others.

The work of Sergio Femar (Pontevedra, Spain, 1990) is characterised by a desire to connect with the present times, with the outside: his painting attempts to represent the present moment, everyday images that intersect, objects that he encounters and transforms. This is where Sergio's work moulds itself to the environment and complements it as a way of connecting us with the constantly changing world in which we live.
