In 2010, he received a grant from the BBVA Foundation to continue his artistic research, which allowed him to travel and work in several countries, including Mexico and Morocco.Throughout his career, Silván has received numerous recognitions and awards, including the Premio de Arte Joven de la Comunidad de Madrid in 2002 and the Premio Nacional de Arte Contemporáneo in 2013.
