Roice 183 - Tripping Over the Same Stone
Technique: Acrylic and spray paint on cotolino.
Artist Biography:Roice 183
Born on November 25, 1983, in the Levantine city of Elche. With more than two decades of experience in graffiti, he began painting when he was only 11 years old, fascinated by the hip hop movement of the 90's that at that time was developing in schools and parks throughout the peninsula.
His intense activity since the beginning painting in the street and the quality of each of his pieces place him as a reference in the current scene.
Beyond his street work, from which he never rests, he has opened a new way of expression that leads him to discover new languages in which to move. These are drawings, collages and paintings represented with abstract forms from which seem to insinuate figures a little more precise, and between which a dialogue is created. It could almost be said that in his painting several stories coexist in unison, which could be considered as small works within their totality.
