Artist Biography: Inma Herrera is a Spanish artist born in Madrid in 1986. She graduated in Fine Arts at the Complutense University of Madrid and later obtained a Master's Degree in Art, Creation and Research at the Complutense University and the Polytechnic University of Valencia.Inma Herrera's work focuses on research and experimentation with different techniques and materials. Through her work, she explores themes such as identity, memory and the relationship between human beings and their environment. Her installations, sculptures and photographs are characterized by their delicacy and attention to detail, and one of the techniques she frequently uses is embroidery, which allows her to explore themes such as tradition and femininity. In her work, embroidery becomes a means to explore the relationship between the body and identity.In addition to her artistic career, Inma Herrera has also participated in educational and social projects. She has taught art workshops and has collaborated with non-profit organizations to promote access to art and culture in disadvantaged communities.Frame included
