Artist Biography: Gonzalo Fuenmayor is a Colombian artist who works primarily in drawing and installation. His work focuses on the exploration of Latin American identity and the visual representation of popular culture, using an aesthetic that combines the baroque with the contemporary.Fuenmayor uses traditional drawing techniques, such as charcoal and chalk, to create works that appear to have been taken out of a fairy tale.
