Artist Biography: Caio Reisewitz (São Paulo, 1967) is a prominent Brazilian contemporary artist known for his work in photography and video. His work explores the natural and urban landscapes of Brazil, and questions our relationship with nature and the environment.Reisewitz began his career in the 1990s, studying at the School of Communications and Arts at the University of São Paulo. Since then, he has had numerous solo and group exhibitions in Brazil and abroad.In his work, Reisewitz has used photography to explore the beauty and diversity of Brazilian landscapes, from the Amazon rainforest to the beaches of Rio de Janeiro. Often, his images focus on the interaction between man and nature, and how our actions affect the environment. In his series "Made in Brazil," for example, Reisewitz photographed the factories and industrial landscapes of his country, questioning the relationship between production and consumption.In addition to his work in photography, Reisewitz has also explored video as a medium to reflect on the relationship between the moving image and the visual experience. In his work "Parede Verde," for example, he created a video installation showing a constantly changing urban landscape.Throughout his career, Reisewitz has been recognized for his contribution to Brazilian contemporary art. In 2002, he was selected to represent Brazil at the Venice Biennale, and has received numerous awards and artist-in-residence grants.In short, Caio Reisewitz is a leading Brazilian contemporary artist who has used photography and video to explore the natural and urban landscapes of his country. His work questions our relationship with nature and the environment, and has been recognized nationally and internationally.

Recommendations for the proper conservation of works of art:
- Keep works of art away from direct sunlight and any other source of heat (heating, air conditioning, etc.). Avoid hanging works of art near smoky and polluted areas (such as fireplaces or kitchens). We advise you to protect the paintings with a glass frame.
- Avoid sudden changes in temperature. It is recommended to keep the paintings in areas with an ambient temperature of between 18-20º and 50% relative humidity.
- If the work is to be permanently illuminated, we recommend the use of cold light bulbs. Use a soft feather duster for periodic cleaning of the work. Never use household cleaner.
