Artist Biography: Graduated in Fine Arts, she diversifies her professional activity between cinema, photography and teaching. Programmer and co-founder of the Sala de Cine Independiente "La Enana Marrón" in Madrid (1999-2009), dedicated to the diffusion of auteur, experimental and alternative cinema. Lives 3 years in Bamako, Mali (2009-12) where she develops her interest in the construction of the African imaginary, the processes of colonization/decolonization, new tactics of colonialism and the diverse African voices around feminisms. In 2017, she made the artistic residency Ranchito Matadero Nigeria /South Africa between Madrid and Art House Foundation Lagos (Nigeria) which allows her to develop her research on the colonization of the concept of woman. In 2020 she is invited as artist in residence at Gibellina Photoroad (Sicily, Italy). Since 1996 she has been working as an art director and still photographer for experimental short films and documentaries.

- If the work is to be permanently illuminated, we recommend the use of cold light bulbs. Use a soft feather duster for periodic cleaning of the work. Never use household cleaner.
