Artist Biography: Paco Díaz Salas, a graduate in Fine Arts from the Complutense University of Madrid, is an artist who lives and works in Madrid. His work is characterized by a deep exploration of existential themes through painting and photography. In his works, Díaz Salas seeks to trace the past, imagine the future and explain the present, weaving a visual narrative that invites reflection and self-discovery. He focuses his work on the search for a place in the world, a permanent territory where human beings can find their space and meaning. This search reflects the human need to transcend and overcome one's own limits, an eagerness to conquer the unattainable and explore beyond what is visible from our initial position. At the same time, his works address the inherent fear of the unknown that arises when crossing the borders of home and facing new horizons. Paco Díaz Salas is an artist who, through painting and photography, explores the profound questions of human existence. His work invites us to reflect on our position in the world, our need to transcend and the fear and wonder that accompany the exploration of the unknown.
