Artist Biography:
Barbara van Druten, a leading illustrator and digital artist, completed her studies in Visual Communication at the Academy of Fine Arts in Maastricht, The Netherlands, in 1999. Subsequently, she continued her training in illustration at the School of Art, Architecture and Design (VSUP) in Prague, Czech Republic. After gaining valuable practical knowledge in both traditional and digital illustration techniques during her time in London and Cambridge, she returned to the Netherlands. Van Druten's digital illustrations have a dreamy character that captivates and inspires. He draws from his daily life, family and travels, as well as the diverse cultures he encounters along the way. His work goes beyond mere aesthetics, as he combines art with data and innovative content to produce stunning digital collages. In addition to her talent as an artist, Barbara van Druten is a visionary and committed designer. Through her imaginative and cutting-edge creations, she seeks to improve the world around her. Her artworks can be found in many important private collections, as well as in public spaces such as hotel interiors and exteriors, offices, stores, university campuses, hospitals and public transportation infrastructures.
This work includes a certificate of authenticity. A certificate of authenticity is a document from an authoritative source that verifies the authentication value of the work of art. Recommendations for the proper conservation of works of art:
- Keep works of art away from direct sunlight and any other source of heat (heating, air conditioning, etc.). Avoid hanging works of art near smoky and polluted areas (such as fireplaces or kitchens). We advise you to protect the paintings with a glass frame.
- Avoid sudden changes in temperature. It is recommended to keep the paintings in areas with an ambient temperature of between 18-20º and 50% relative humidity.
- If the work is to be permanently illuminated, we recommend the use of cold light bulbs. Use a soft feather duster for periodic cleaning of the work. Never use household cleaner.
Shipping usually takes about 7 days. Shipping costs are established according to the gallery location and the size of the artwork. Costs for packing materials are included.
