Second exhibition at the Fernández-Braso gallery of Miquel Navarro (Mislata, Valencia, 1945) representative of the "New Spanish Sculpture" and author of exhibitions in museums and art centers such as the Guggenheim, Reina Sofía, Pompidou, IVAM or MACBA. Miquel Navarro received the National Prize of Plastic Arts in 1986 and is a member, since 2009, of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando.

His work, made with industrial materials such as aluminum, iron, zinc or ceramics, constitutes a synthesis of interests, reflections, ideas and solutions between the industrial and agrarian architecture of his region together with cultures and avant-gardes such as Ancient Egypt, the utopian urbanism of the Renaissance, Futurism, Metaphysical Painting, Constructivism and Surrealism.

The result is a constructive, architectural and emotional symbiosis where desire, dreams, pain, fear and pleasure crystallize in sculptures and installations that reflect Mediterranean culture and life.
