The Fascinating Story of the Endless Painting'.

Sebas Anxo is the owner of his own iconography, his characters, although we identify them as such, are not, and they are created with a compositional intention aimed at breaking the abstract character of his works. The play of interchangeable elements placed on the support in a studied and conscious way, goes through innumerable stages without a conclusive end. In the preparation of a new project, the first steps on the support, mainly paper, are a kind of pictorial gesture, sometimes improvised, with motifs that are often repeated and generally abstract. Often these first stains become scraps, an amalgam of papers and materials that he uses to recompose and rediscover new images. His concern is to achieve a balance between all the elements involved in the creative process.
