Pyramid Song
Galería La Cometa is pleased to present "Pyramid song", the first solo exhibition of the Spanish artist, curator and cultural manager Javier Arbizu (Estella, 1984), at its headquarters in Madrid.
The exhibition presents a large installation where dozens of wooden boards have been intervened through carvings, wear, burning, Prints, welding and lifting to create passages and stations that give shape to the uncertain. The main installation
is accompanied by an unpublished series of sculptures cast in zinc, zamac (an alloy of zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper), and bismuth that show the dynamics of the material.
