Artist Biography:Rafael Barrios is a Venezuelan artist born in 1947, known for his sculptural work in three dimensions and for his installations in public spaces. Since his childhood, he was interested in drawing and painting, and after studying architecture at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, he began to experiment with sculpture.
Barrios is known for his acrylic and stainless steel sculptures that create the optical illusion of floating in the air, playing with perspective and the viewer's perception. His works are often presented in public spaces and have been exhibited around the world, including in the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
In addition to his sculptures, Barrios has also worked on urban design projects, using his experience in architecture to create public spaces that combine art and function. He has received numerous awards and recognitions throughout his career, and his work is part of public and private collections around the world.
This work includes a certificate of authenticity. A certificate of authenticity is a document from an authoritative source that verifies the authentication value of the work of art. The certificate may be signed by the author of the work, by the representing gallery or by the printmaker who collaborated with the artist on the work.

- Avoid sudden changes in temperature. It is recommended to keep the paintings in areas with an ambient temperature of between 18-20º and 50% relative humidity.
- If the work is to be permanently illuminated, we recommend the use of cold light bulbs. Use a soft feather duster for periodic cleaning of the work. Never use household cleaner.
